Scope of services per client is defined in the applicable proposal or selected plan. Skyrise Pro may modify service offerings with reasonable notice.
Subscription plans include a 30-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. A valid payment method (card or U.S. bank account) is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged at the start of the first billing cycle. The free trial does not apply to one-time services such as video production.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in U.S. dollars, after the 30-day free trial period.
Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may result in service suspension; after 30 days, termination.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider — the highest level of payment-industry security. Card and bank details are entered directly on Stripe's encrypted, hosted checkout over a secure TLS/SSL connection.
By starting a subscription, you authorize Skyrise Pro and its payment processor (Stripe) to automatically charge your selected payment method — credit/debit card or U.S. bank account (ACH Direct Debit) — on a recurring monthly basis, beginning at the end of your 30-day free trial, and continuing until you cancel in accordance with Section 8.
Cinematic video production is a one-time service totaling $1,750 per production. To begin work and reserve a production slot, a non-refundable 50% deposit ($875) is required up front. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final video.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. No charge is made during the 30-day free trial, so you may cancel before it ends at no cost. Video production deposits are non-refundable once production has begun (Section 7). If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@skyrisepro.ai within 30 days and we will review in good faith.
Deliverables become client property upon receipt of full payment. Skyrise Pro retains rights to anonymized workflow examples for portfolio use unless the client opts out in writing. All Skyrise Pro frameworks and proprietary tools remain our property.
We treat all client business information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver services or by law. This obligation survives termination.
Skyrise Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or business-outcome results.
Services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that systems will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party platform outages (including payment processors) are outside our control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Florida courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance.
