1. ABOUT SKYRISE PRO

2. SERVICES

• AI agent automation system design, build, and deployment
• CRM integration, lead capture, and workflow automation
• Custom AI agent development
• Cinematic video production
• Ongoing system maintenance and optimization

Scope of services per client is defined in the applicable proposal or selected plan. Skyrise Pro may modify service offerings with reasonable notice.

3. FREE TRIAL

All plans include a 30-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and payment is collected at the start of the first billing cycle.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in USD after the free trial period.

• Essential: $350/month
• Professional: $500/month
• Elite: $650/month

Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may result in service suspension; after 30 days, termination.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation is available after the 2nd full month of paid service
• Written notice required at least 14 days before your next billing date
• No refunds for partial months or previously rendered services
• Service remains active through end of the current billing period

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Grant necessary access to platforms and tools
• Not use our systems for spam, fraud, or illegal activity
• Ensure provided content does not infringe third-party rights

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Deliverables become client property upon receipt of full payment. Skyrise Pro retains rights to anonymized workflow examples for portfolio use unless client opts out in writing. All Skyrise Pro frameworks and proprietary tools remain our property.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat all client business information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver services or by law. This obligation survives termination.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Skyrise Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the three months preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead, or business outcome results.

10. DISCLAIMER

Services are provided "as is." We do not warrant that systems will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party platform outages are outside our control.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Florida courts.

12. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance.
